Math Stars Plus 2008r1 (released 1/30/2008)
This popular program for mastering math facts is an upgrade to the initial release from 2007. The basic module of Math Stars Plus challenges students to complete all fact groups up to a selectable number. As each function is successfully completed, the student earns a STAR. When 4 stars have been earned, the student's name is entered into the Hall of Fame. The program records every problem the student attempts and can be set to use the student's previous data in selecting new problems.
In addition, Math Stars Plus includes 6 fun but challenging math games. The games range in difficulty from fairly easy to quite challenging even for advanced high school players. Students compete against their own best time or highest score in each game.

Word Stars 2.1 (Update released 11/1/2005)Word Stars 2.1 is a collection of 8 word games and puzzles designed to meet a variety of educational needs. Teachers and parents can provide lists of spelling words, science terms, geographic locations, etc. which the students will then use in their word games. Students may also allow the computer to choose words and word lists from Word Stars's built-in dictionary of over 127,000 words. Most games have multiple levels of difficulty to allow use by different grade levels.

Blixx 1.2 is a fun and surprisingly challenging game. Bust the blue bubbles with the ball and paddle, or shoot them with a bullet. Just don't let them touch the paddle.
